生物活性:TES-d15 is the deuterium labeled TES (HY-23430). TES is an excellent hydrogen ion buffer. TES has characteristics such as an appropriate dissociation constant, a low metal-binding constant, and high water solubility. TES can be used in the research of mammalian cell culture, viruses, and so on[1][2][3].
体外研究(In Vitro):Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs[1].
QY千亿国际 has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
